When will my order ship?

Usually, orders are processed in 3 to 5 days however, Aunt Dawn's work schedule changes weekly and occasionally orders may take longer to process. For this reason, I state 7 to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your box, please contact us and we will make it right!
